Guilt

Updated: Feb 9

Guilt can be seen

Guilt can be seen as a sign you’re going in the right direction: self-care, clear boundaries, meeting your needs and wants.

But guilt, itself, has no point: either you do nothing about the situation, or you take action. Getting down on yourself for it while doing nothing is pointless.

Instead, keep working, going, and growing, and when you feel guilt, reinterpret it as good: a sign you're going in the right direction. Keep moving forward and you'll see it fade over time.
