Three Good Things
Updated: Jul 1, 2020

Making shifts and changes in our life can begin with simple steps. Even small changes in our daily life can have profound effects. They build up like a rolling snowball.
This small exercise is an easy way to take advantage of that fact. With just a few moments in your day, you can shift your focus to what's good and working, and away from what's bad and not going right.
Ready? Here's the process: write down three good things that happened to you today.
Yep, that's it. The “good things” can be very small events, like feeling the warm sunshine on your face, calling a friend, or just watching a favorite TV show.
But here's the challenge and crucial secret ingredient: keep it up for 2 weeks (14 days) and see the impact it has. Type your answers each day, or write in a journal.
•One good thing that happened today . . .
•A second good thing that happened today . . .
•A third good thing that happened today . . .
