That really means a lot, Tamy. I’m grateful to be creating in a space where people like you are not just watching, but showing up with wisdom, presence, and heart. Excited to keep growing together.
"Emotionally aware but overwhelmed humans" hit me hard. We feel things so deeply that sometimes it's hard to see the overwhelming emotions right there on the surface!
I feel that so deeply. When you’re emotionally aware, it can be hard to realize just how much you’re still carrying. Because you do feel it all. But awareness without support can become its own kind of overwhelm. That’s why I built this space: not to take away the depth, but to help you move through it with more clarity and less collapse.
What’s been one emotion lately that’s felt especially loud or hard to name?
The feeling that my childhood trauma is my biggest privilege (spiritually) while simultaneously feeling weakened daily by the effects it still has on me as an adult. Do you ever feel that too?
Love what you're offering and creating, Zalman. I'm here for it.

Agreed, Zalman. This space has heart. Many here are walking the walk, not just talking the talk .
